The butterfly house at the Quindio Botanical Garden was my favorite stop at the garden. They also had a display building with half for insects and half for butterflies and moths. The butterfly house also had turtles crawling about the paths.

My experience is that it is extremely difficult to get good butterfly photos, at least unless you have way more patience than I have. But the photos were pretty easy to get in this butterfly house.

Regarding this last photo, it's my hand in the photo. I was coming close to missing my bus since this guy didn't want to leave me. Too bad Vicky wasn't there to see how sweet I am...
